Purchase Guidelines
 
Simple Purchasing Steps:
  Step 1: Register as a  Jemmy Fashion member for free.
  Step 2: Login as a member
  Step 3: Select your favourite products and add them into your shopping cart by clicking on [ADD TO CART].
  Step 4: When you are done with your shopping, click [Checkout] located at the top right of the page.
  Step 5: Shipping fee to your destination will be automatically calculated.
  Step 6: Make your payment within 2 days by any of the methods stated in the checkout process.
  Step 7: You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and a link to track its progress.
  Step 8: Email us at [email protected]  after payment is made. Kindly include your order number, bank transfered,
              amount paid and date/time of payment .
  Step 9: Tracking number will be sent to your email address when parcel is shipped out. You may also instantly track the parcel
              status, by clicking the tracking no. at order tracking page.
 
 
Payment
 
For Malaysia's customers, kindly deposit your payment by online fund transfer, atm transfer, atm cash deposit or over the counter to one of the following banks:
1. Maybank
2. Public Bank
3. CIMB
 
For customers from other countries, your payment options are:
1. Paypal - Credit Card Payment (via Paypal) 
2. Bank transfer (T/T)
 
We are very sorry that we DO NOT accept Personal and Business Cheques. As Jemmy Fashion carries limited pieces of each item, please make payment within 2 days upon receiving the Order Received email from us. Failure to do so will automatically result in your orders being cancelled.
 
Reservation is not permitted. Please DO NOT submit order if you do not intend to follow up with payment. If you want to know the shipping fee, you can add goods to cart, before submitting the order, you'll see total shipping charge.
 
Once we have received your payment, we will update the order status from "Pending" to "Paid".
 
Shipping and Handling
 
We ship out all orders within 24 hours upon receiving your payment. However, we might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. We do not entertain urgent deliveries.
 
After posting out your items, your order status shall change to "Delivered" with an email notification.  Most orders are shipped by Poslaju and Singapore Post. You will be given a tracking number. whereby you can track your package by visiting the respective courier companies' tracking system and entering your tracking number into the space provided.

We ship worldwide. Shipping fee is automatically calculated during Checkout. Please email us for shipping fee enquiries if your country is not listed.
 
Shipping rates:
West Malaysia: Flat Rate of RM7 and Free Shipping on orders over RM80.
East Malaysia : Flat Rate of RM11 and Free Shipping on orders over RM180.
 
Returns and Exchanges
 
When you buy from us, we want you to be happy and satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods and you want to ask for refund, please contact us at (email: [email protected]  ) within 30 days of delivery before returning your item to us. We do not entertain returned items without our prior approval.
 
The returned item must be in its ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED, UN-WASHED and UN-WORN and in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you.
All refund is not in cash basis but in Jemmy Fashion eVoucher which allows you to make same amount of deduction in your future order. The voucher can be only be used for merchandize purchases and cannot use to pay for shipping fee. The voucher is for one (1) time usage only and balance of the unused voucher cannot be carried forward and hence be forfeited.  However shipping fee is not refundable and Jemmy Fashion reserves the right to charge the handling fee for all returned products.
 
Unless it's our mistake for sending wrong item to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange. In this case, we will bear the shipping cost for the exchanged items.
 
You are advised to send the items back to us using reliable courier services (e.q. Poslaju, etc) because we are not responsible and shall not refund to you if the item is lost during the transit.
 
Please note : All swim wear, lingerie, panties and clearance items are not refundable nor exchangeable.
in addition,  All Items with 40% discount or more from its original retail price are not returnable as becuase its consider as Clearance items. 
 
Pricing & Promotions
 
At Jemmy Fashion, all our prices are always at irresistable low prices. We do not mark our profit margin high up and then give you an attractive discount. That is why our prices are nett and final. However, i we want to bring more privileges to our customers, hence we will further markdown the prices for a few selected items from time to time. At the same time, we also have promotions like free gift, free shipping and etc.

Product Images & Quality
 
Wide ray of images are made available to aid your shopping experience. Over 80% of our items are similar to the images shown. Images are provided by our overseas supplier and meant for illustration purpose. We provide images of actual product shooting for most of our products. While products may be similar, brand/colour/details may vary. We strive to provide the best quality items in our inventory. However, we face difficulties in getting top quality products at affordable low prices. Nevertheless, we continue to provide the best that we could with quality checks on our items.
