We offer 30 Days Hassle Free Return and Exchange to our customers whom feel unsatisfied with the items purchased.

Please take note;

# Please do not send any return product without our prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

# Returned products must in original condition; If returned products washed / altered / worn or incomplete condition, Jemmy Fashion reserves the rights to reject / exchange returned products.

 

 

Unsatisfaction

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods (eg. you do not like the design / color / fabric / cutting or size cannot fit) and you want to ask for refund, please contact our after-sale Customer Service (email: [email protected] ) within 30 days from the day you received your order before returning your item to us.

Kindly email us at [email protected] so that we know the items you are returning and your details.

 

Defective Item

Jemmy Fashon will inspect all items before sending out to you, however accident can happen during the delivery transition period.

Please take a photo of the damage item and email it to us within 30 days from the shipment date. We will justify and  issue a Refund Voucher to you according to the severity of the damages.

*Note : Loose buttons, small stain, tiny spot, loose thread, lint, minor defect which is not visible and not exposed, misaligned of striped design clothes are NOT classified as defective / quality problem.

If you are not satisfied and would insist on returning the item to us, you can send the item back to us at your own cost. Upon receiving your item, we will send the same item, in same colour and same size back to you, we will bear the shipping cost for sending the item back to you.

If by any chance, you would like to change the color or size or to other design, your case would be classified as Unsatisfaction (see above), whereas you would have to bear the shipping cost for sending to us as well as for us to send it back to you.

 

Wrong Item Delivery

With incidents, it's our mistake for sending wrong item to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange. We hereby apologise for our unintentional mistake. In this case, please inform us immediately (pls refer to above required info) and courier the item back to us.

Upon receiving your item, we will ship the correct item to you. please allow 3-5 working days for the process of repacking. 

We will bear the shipping fee and refund to you in cash voucher format.

** Please take note; 

#1- Items including underwear, legging and stocking are neither exchangeable nor returnable for hygiene purpose. All items under clearance / defective category is not returnable nor exchangeable.

#2- All Items under clearance Sale and items with 40% discount or more from its original retail price are not returnable. 

 

* Returned item must be in its original TAG, original PACKAGING, UNDAMAGED, UN-WASHED, UN-WORN

* Refund is strictly in Jemmy Fashion shopping voucher, we do NOT refund in cash basis

 

 

 

 

 

OTHERS

- The returned item must be in its *ORIGINAL TAG, ORIGINAL PACKING, UNDAMAGED, UN-WASHED and UN-WORN and in the same considetion as it was sent to you, together with the transparent plastic bag.

- We shall NOT refund to you if it is not in its original packing or if tag is removed / not attached to the item.

- All refund is not in cash basis but in "Jemmy Fashion Refund eVoucher" which allows you to make same amount of deduction in your future order. 

- However shipping fee is not refundable and Jemmy Fashion reserves the right to charge the handling fee for all returned products.

- The voucher is for one (1) time use only, any unused amount cannot be carried forward and cannot be paid for shipping fee. * Free shipping promotion is not applicable for orders using refund voucher.

- You are strongly advised to return and send the item back to us using reliable courier services (eg. Poslaju, Gdex, SkeNet & etc) at your own cost because we are not responsible and shall not refund to you if the item is lost during the transit.

- Once the returned products has been approved, we will be send to you within 3 to 7 working days, depend on receiver address. 

- If higher price item is selected as replacement for a returned item, the remaining top up has to be paid by customer. Otherwise, if lower price item is selected, the balance “No monetary refund is allowed” 

 

 

NOT ALLOW to Return, Exchange & Refund

- In the Return & Exchange, postage fees will not be refund

- The remaining balance amount of the eVoucher, is Not allow to use and exchange with postage fees. 

- Return due to colour variances will not be accepted. (*Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen setting and studio lighting.) 

- Promotion items, items under clearance (discount 40% & more) and defective category are not returnable & exchangeable unless it is a damage item. 

- Items including underwear, legging and stocking are neither exchangeable nor returnable for hygiene purpose. 

- Accessories , headscarves and belt cannot be returned and exchangeable. 

- If you are returning more than half of your purchased items, our management team reserves the rights to disapprove your return
